Simple
to use; carefully
remove lid, sniff oils aroma; with lid open, place jar near your head while
you sleep for snoring problems. Replace lid tightly in morning (this will
lengthen the use of this product. The 3.3 fluid ounce jar will remain
effective for approximately 30 days depending on the length of time the lid is
